Chris and Brianna, owners of House Call Pest Control, are dedicated to providing expert pest management solutions throughout Middle Tennessee. Isaac McDowell
Isaac has an extensive background in construction and facilities management. He has worked as a project manager, facilities manager, and a chief engineer; Renovating homes, apartments, hotels, and other various construction projects.
Isaac is married to Laurel McDowell. Together they have four wonderful kids. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Isaac and Laurel grew up in the outdoors hiking, camping, and fishing all over the west coast. Isaac and Laurel moved to Nashville in July 2020, seeking new adventures together. Today they love spending time outdoors as a family hiking, fishing, hunting, camping and exploring all that Tennessee has to offer.
Isaac became a home inspector in 2017. His passion for educating people around construction led him to becoming an inspector. As the now Director of Services, Isaac genuinely cares for each client and agent that we serve.

Jasmin Kilgore
Jasmin Kilgore is an accomplished Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator at House Call Home Inspection & Pest Control, with over 5 1/2 years of industry experience. Outside of her professional life, Jasmin enjoys crocheting, reading, and exploring new places.
She is dedicated to lifelong learning and continually advancing her education. In her free time, she loves playing with her Goldendoodle, Penny. She currently resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Jasmin is also happily engaged and will soon be Mrs. Pham.

Meghan Pearson
Originally from Georgia, Meghan has called middle Tennessee home for the past 17 years. When she's not busy juggling life with her three kids and a cat, she enjoys catching live music whenever she can. Her Southern roots and love for the community make her a true Tennessean at heart.

Bobby Cooper
Meet Bobby Lee Cooper III, our new Director of Sales at House Call Home Inspection & Pest Control! Originally from Bradenton, Florida, Bobby brings a passion for growth, leadership, and making a difference in people’s lives. He is excited to learn more about the home inspection and pest control industry and how it can positively impact families.
Outside of work, Bobby loves camping with family and friends and has a hidden talent—he loves to dance! He and his wife have three wonderful children—two sons who play football and a daughter who enjoys ballet. Their family also includes two beloved dogs.
Bobby has a love for travel and dreams of visiting Bali, Thailand, and Jamaica one day. We’re excited to have him on board and look forward to the great things he will accomplish with our team!

Angel Herrera
With a rich background in the medical insurance industry, Angel brings over six years of experience to our team. Starting as a Customer Service Representative and later excelling as an Advocate Coach and Client Care Coordinator, she has demonstrated unwavering commitment to helping people and resolving their concerns.
A true people person, Angel thrives on interactions with others, and her dedication to keeping a positive mindset at work is the secret to her productivity and effectiveness as a team member.
Outside of the office, you'll often find Angel in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes discovered on YouTube. Cooking for her parents is not just a hobby; it's an expression of her love and a way to create quality family moments.

Genesis Dailo
Genesis Dailo brings a wealth of experience in customer service to every role she undertakes. With four years as a secretary at a law firm, she honed her organizational skills and attention to detail. Transitioning to the dynamic environment of call center operations, Genesis spent two years as a technical and logistics agent, mastering problem-solving and client communication.
Driven by a passion for excellence, Genesis later pivoted to virtual assistance, providing dedicated support to an insurance company based in Florida. In this role, she demonstrated her adaptability and resourcefulness, consistently exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service to clients. She is super excited to join our Client Care Coordinator.
Outside of work, Genesis finds joy in spending time with her little sister, watching animated movies during her free time. Additionally, she is captivated by the cosmos, dreaming of witnessing the aurora lights someday.

Rafael Rubio
Rafael Rubio, fondly known as Rafa, is excited to join House Call as a Client Care Coordinator. With a passion for helping others, Rafa is eager to learn more about the vital role home inspections play in the real estate process and how she can make a meaningful difference for buyers and sellers.
In her free time, Rafa enjoys watching movies and TV series, playing with her niece and nephew, and catching up with friends. A fun fact about Rafa is that she got lost twice as a child—perhaps that’s why she’s so close to her family today!
Family is at the heart of Rafa’s life. She looks up to her parents as role models and cherishes her close bond with her five siblings, especially as the second eldest and a dedicated breadwinner.
Rafa dreams of traveling to Paris to experience its art and cuisine, Iceland to marvel at its natural wonders, and Spain to explore its vibrant cities and breathtaking landscapes. We’re thrilled to have Rafa as part of the House Call family, bringing her enthusiasm and dedication to the team!

Joseph Wright
Joseph Wright brings years of experience as a pest control professional to the House Call team. Based in Tullahoma, TN, Joseph is passionate about helping customers find the best solutions for their pest control needs.
Outside of work, Joseph is a devoted sports fan who cheers loudly for the Tennessee Titans and the Vols. He enjoys fishing and spending quality time with his family, including his two sons, Collin (24) and Connor (17), and his one-year-old golden retriever, Nash.
When it comes to travel, Joseph dreams of visiting Hawaii, France, and Japan to check off his bucket-list destinations.
